Kitchen is shared by all.

Please note in this house:

Drinking is not allowed in shared spaces. All the tenants in this household are guys, and are all working professionals in the late ’s - early ’s. This residence is not set up to be a sec8 residence. This house is a smoke-free house. All inclusive rent (no additional payment required for amenities like internet, washer/dryer, etc.). Open ended lease term. No obligations on how long you have to stay. One month notice is required.
