There will be 3 rooms available to rent, all will have to share a bathroom. Don't have to worry about utility I have that covered. High-speed internet. One room can come with a bed but can be unfurnished if you choose. I do have a big dog. I won't mind other dogs just have to do a meet up to see how they react to each other. He can be a brat. Nice common area, washer and dryer, decent kitchen. Looking for chill and respectful people. No smoking inside, please do that outside. Will be month to month rent.
