I’m looking to sublease my son’s apartment at the Standard
in Tallahassee Florida. The building is walking distance to the Florida State campus. The apartment is fully furnished, modern with stainless steel appliances, granite, full size washer and dryer, and high-speed internet.
The luxury building is full of amenities. There is a rooftop pool, and fitnessCenter that overlook the Tallahassee skyline. Also available are lounges, study rooms, pool table, ping-pong, foosball, tanning bed, golf simulator and much more.

The lease is from this August
through July next year. The current lease rate is hundred and thirty dollars
dollars monthly, thus my son’s lease is a savings of two hundred and ten dollars per month.

The lease is also available from May through July this year and is one thousand a month rent for the summer.

The lease is for male or females at any of the same floorplans at the Stanard. You could choose your own roommate or match one on RoomSync. Pets are allowed.
