Furnished room in Clermont, Florida

Description

I have a furnished room for rent. I live in the heart of Clermont, Florida. My neighborhood runs alongside Lake Minneola. I am about a half mile from walking and biking trails. Downtown Clermont and Waterfront Park is less than 3 miles from my home. My neighborhood does have a spot that allows for lake access though if you have a boat or jetski, you would be required to park that off property.

There is a community pool, tennis and pickleball courts as well as a Clubhouse to rent for various activities.

I am a professional that works from home. I am very active with church and ministry.

If you're interested in any Disney parks, I am about minutes from any parks depending on traffic.
