Sorry but absolutely NO couples, NO kids, NO pets, NO guns, NO parties, and NO drugs. Rent includes all utilities. (Gas, water, electricity, cable and internet) Full access to kitchen, washer and dryer. Deposit fee to ensure the cleanliness and condition of the room when you move out, cause I give you a CLEAN room when you move in. I’m looking for a DISCREET, clean, quiet, respectful, responsible and clean person. If you don’t meet those standards, please don’t message me. Please, be advised, you won’t be on the lease. The apartment is located on Millenia Blvd near Mall at Millenia, I-4, LYNX bus routes, TARGET, restaurants and Outlets. You must pay the full amount of rent plus deposit before moving in. Looking for someone that can stay until December . ✅Occasional guests are allowed ❌ No overnights guests on weekdays
