I have a room available starting June th and am ideally looking for someone interested in a one-year lease. This is a beautiful, sun-filled apartment with plenty of space. You’ll have your own bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet, along with access to a gorgeous kitchen equipped with everything you need. The apartment also has a washer and dryer in-unit, as well as parking available. Water and sewage is included in Rent cost listed above. This location has incredibly easy access to New York City, with both the light rail and bus stops right next to the building. I’m looking for a roommate who is, kind, pet-friendly and respectful—who can pay rent on time and contribute to a peaceful, clean, and comfortable environment.
