Quebec City Month to Month Condo

I am still learning French after 5 years in this city. I work from noon to early evening and am seeking an indefinite month to month room rental with a shared living space including washer and dryer, stove, bathroom, and furnished bedroom. A condo would be preferable although not necessary. I would choose a dedicated apartment to share even if it is separated in a house, and ideally with only one additional roommate. For July 1st.
