Hi,

I'm looking for people to sublease my apt unit during summer 2025 (05/21-07/31) of a 3-bed, 2 bathroom unit. (I am also personally subleasing my room - if you're one person and okay living with 2 other people that you guys don't know.) (In other words, we accept all groups - 1 person, 2 people, three people!) (preference: 3 people > 2 people > 1)

The price is $784 originally (with utility), but it's negotiable! Gas and electricity fees are separate!

- Close to ECEB (2 minutes walk), CIF & Grainger Engineering Library (5 minutes walk)
- Close to Green St. (5 minutes walk)
- Close to a big bus stop (1 minute walk, 4-5 buses passing by)
- Close to County Market (3 minutes walk)
- Quiet, bright, and safe road (E White St. is where buses pass by, so at night, it's very bright)
