The home is conveniently located close to I-4 and all the amenities it brings. Deltona sits nicely between Daytona beach and Orlando. I am a working professional at a local hospital in Orange City. It is a large house for just me, call it empty nest syndrome. I would consider renting to a single person with a child as I have 2 rooms on that side of the home. I am a licensed childcare professional as well. I do not practice childcare as my home daycare dream was not profitable enough for me to live, but it shows that I have background checked and have been fully vetted to be around children and quite frankly, safe. I am looking for a clean, professional type to rent a room in my home. The home has a lovely large, fenced back yard along with a nice screened in patio. The room is next to a bathroom that would be all yours except on the rare occasion I have guests over. The room itself is spacious. It comes with a ceiling fan, tv, very large closet, nice dresser and a double size bed. There is a refrigerator in the garage and pantry space separate for your food items. The driveway is large, well-lit and has a ring spotlight for security. I would be willing to share the video access for that with you.
