It’s literally steps from Sunset Beach and surrounded by tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and everything you could want. Perfect spot if you love the beach and the city vibe!

The room is $1450/month, all in (except parking — but street parking options are around). Laundry is in the building, super convenient!

I’m pretty laid-back but value a peaceful, tidy space where we can both feel at home. If you’re someone who’s respectful, responsible, and cool with sharing the bathroom and keeping common areas clean, we’ll get along great.
