Sublease fill wanted!

Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a spacious, bath light-filled apartment in Uptown/Ravenswood/Wrigley starting May through July . It’s a summer sublease wanting the person to renew for a full year starting August 1 — which my two amazing roommates are hoping for!

The apartment’s in a great location — just a 5-minute bike ride to Wrigley and minutes from Montrose Beach.

🏡 THE ROOM & APARTMENT:

• Rent: $/month (includes bundle fee)

• Other bedroom option: $/mo – Same size room, shared bath with 1 roommate + slightly bigger closet

• Utilities: ~$/month (gas + electric)

• Private bathroom attached to your bedroom

• Walk-in closet + fits a queen bed comfortably

• Central AC & heat


• Large balcony off the living room

• Shared rooftop with grill + seating — great for summer evenings

• Free street parking, and potential for a garage spot starting in August

• Pet-friendly!

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 THE ROOMMATES:

You’ll be living with two awesome early-s professionals who:

• Work during the day (sometimes WFH)

• Are friendly, respectful, and social — love hanging out but keep things pretty low-key at home

• Are planning to renew the lease in August and would love for the new roommate to stay on long-term

🧳 WHY I’M LEAVING:

I’m moving in with my fiancé, otherwise I’d absolutely be staying — this has been an amazing place to live!
