My name is Hyeyun Kim, I am years old, and I am from South Korea. I will be staying in Hamburg for one year under a Work-and-Travel program, and I am currently looking for a place to rent during my stay.

I have already secured a job at korean reataurant, and I will begin working as soon as I move in. My employment contract is stable, and I am financially prepared for the duration of my stay in Hamburg.

Ideally, I would like to finalize the rental agreement before May 8th. However, as I am currently in South Korea, I would appreciate it if the interview could be conducted via video call.

Although I do not speak German fluently yet, I am currently taking German language courses to improve my skills. I am fully committed to learning and adapting to life in Germany.

Additionally, for the purpose of registering my address in Germany and obtaining my identification , I will need to complete the official address registration (Anmeldung) once I have secured a place to stay.

I am a responsible and organized individual. In my free time, I enjoy cooking and keeping my living space clean and orderly. I value maintaining a peaceful and respectful environment with my neighbors.
