Hey there! I’m renting out my furnished en suite master bedroom in a cozy, well-kept condo right at Bay & College—super central and just steps from the Eaton Centre, Yonge-Dundas Square, UofT, and everything else downtown has to offer.

The room comes with a double bed, desk, private bathroom, and wardrobe—perfect if you’re looking for your own comfy space while still sharing a great apartment.

You’ll be living with one other roommate (a young professional in marketing—super friendly and respectful). The rest of the place is fully furnished with a TV, couch, dining area, etc., so you won’t need to bring much.

Rent is $/month and includes WiFi.
Hydro is extra and will be split evenly between the two of you.
