Description

My place is very central in Aiea about minutes from the airport. I have an available room that is furnished and a private bathroom in my bedroom condo. Rent, a parking spot in secured garage, and all utilities are included in the rent price. There is an in-unit washer and dryer too. The place has a large lanai with a great view as well.

I am in the military and am just looking to rent out the guest room to help with some expenses. I am quiet and very busy between work and online grad school. I like to keep to myself to be honest but am very friendly! I like to keep the place clean and tidy as well.
