My husband & I have a room to rent in our bath house. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person, the bathroom is big enough for each of you to have your own cabinet space. Everyone in the house is young professionals we’re all between , everyone is quiet & clean.
We are minutes from UCCS, minutes from Costco & Trader Joe’s, & 5 minutes from Target. Obviously there’s a lot more stores & restaurants nearby those are just the ones we go to the most. The room is pretty big you will be able to fit a bedroom set no problem, we have a washer & dryer on that you’ll be able to access. We have a huge backyard with a deck, there’s a bbq & fire pit you’re more than welcome to use. We also have a 7 year old husky who’s fairly quiet & stays downstairs with most of the time.
