Hi, my name is Chasity. I am a thirty year old professional. I am looking for a female roommate. The room is in Albuquerque. The monthly rent is hundred and the room is available on June 1. The house is furnished but the room for rent is not (there is furniture in the photo but the current person is moving out). The room had a large closet with shelving built in and two windows that face the backyard with blackout curtains. Cute ~ sq feet adobe home, walking distance to UNM and nob hill, very close to the airport, breweries, shopping, dining, lots to do. Enclosed private backyard with a small garden and outdoor furniture. Garage is available for storage but not parking. The driveway is very large and can fit cars, as well as street parking. The stove, microwave, and fridge are all new. There is a washer and dryer in the house. The bedrooms and living room have their own dual thermostat units for heating and AC, no swamp cooler and no furnace! We would split the cost of rent, gas, electric, and internet. The TV in the living room has streaming, Netflix, YouTube, etc! My landlords are a very nice couple who I’ve rented from for two years. They quickly fix things and are very good at communicating. They leave us alone unless we need anything. We pay rent online via Rent App, electric is through PNM and gas is through NMGCO. Internet is xfinity. If you bring a cat there is a twenty dollar per month per pet fee from my landlords. No dogs please, my cat is and she would be very unhappy :( sorry! You will have to do a credit and background check with my landlords and sign a lead paint disclosure. You will also have to verify your income with my landlords and your security deposit will go to them.
