Hello! I am a recently graduated UCF student looking to move out of Orlando.
I am urgently seeking a person to take over my space in a bathroom apartment.

It is a square foot pool view apartment at The Verge Orlando, which is a 5 minute drive from UCF's main campus and is on the shuttle route. The complex has a nice pool, a gym, a clubhouse, and volleyball and basketball courts for residents and their guests. Reserved or free unreserved resident parking is available.

Unit is shared with one roommate, my brother, who is an amicable roommate. Lifestyle answers are based on his habits. Unit listed as male but anyone can apply with leasing office + roommate consent. Common space contains:

Fully furnished, in-unit washer and dryer, two utility closets. Two nice windows. Pool view.
The kitchen has a pantry, fridge, microwave, stovetop/range, oven, small window, cabinets, kitchen sink, and dishwasher.

Bedroom A (this lease) contains:
Private bathroom, bed frame with mattress and storage space below, closet, desk, dresser, window.
