in a quiet building with only three units in E Seneca St., Ithaca. One of the other apartments is currently occupied by two Cornell PhD students, creating a comfortable and friendly environment. The location is ideal - an easy commute to Cornell and downtown Ithaca, and with a convenient bus stop just steps away.
