I'm subletting a private room and private bathroom in a modern -bath apartment for $, not including utilities. It comes with a bed, dresser, and storage shelves.
It's a sparse apartment. I keep things simple and peaceful since my days are so hectic, but I'm always open to changing the space.

The wifi is an additional $. I'm hoping to get a new internet service soon!

- Community gym (fits at time)
- Rooftop view of the entire city

I’m looking for someone with a consistent work schedule who would also appreciate nightly quiet hours. I’m an editor who’s mostly at work throughout the week, so sleep is paramount for me. I almost never have visitors, so I’m looking for someone with the same preference. An occasional get together is welcomed as long as agreed upon.

One month's rent as deposit.
May move in day.
