Hello, my name is Jason. I currently live in Kips Bay and my two other roommates have to move out due to work opportunities at the end of our lease. I want to stay because it is a nice apartment.

The lease renews July 1st but the landlord is asking to know if my plans by May th, so time is urgent to get this done.

I am available to show rooms via video call, or in person, any time in the evening after work hours.

A little about me, I am a public high school teacher in the city, I teach gym and health. I like sports, music, and art. I am opened minded for all people. I am cleanly and respectful of other people’s space. I typically only use the living room to watch Yankee games.
