: We are looking for someone that is clean/responsible to occupy the first floor (sq ft) ASAP, it is a 3-story house in a new complex. Second/third floor are currently occupied by me and my partner. GREAT location: 5-minute walk from everything in downtown Mesa, right across the rail, supermarkets, Fiesta Center, Planet Fitness, restaurants, ASU Tempe, LDS Temple, hikes, golf, Spring Training (A's, Cubs), 5-minute drive to freeways.

The first floor is within a 3-story house in a new complex. Rent includes nightly security guard + furnished room with TV + separate entrance for privacy + private bathroom + private micro kitchen with fridge + private laundry + private storage room + off-street parking (plenty of space available) + basic utilities and HOA.

*No pets-we already have a very calm
golden retriever who stays with us every other week (dog door to other floors is locked for security).

We live in the Second and third floor attached to the unit, we are often out and about but may see us from time to time and will use the carport adjacent to your floor, so you may occasionally see us. There is a Deposit room below the staircase that can also be used for storage. Guests are not allowed to go up the other floors.
