Master bedroom for rent

Hello! I'm looking for a roommate, with the ideal move-in date June 2nd.

The apartment is sq ft, with bath, laundry in the building, and rent would be $ a month (utilities are extra, but usually not more than $ per person per month) and you'd get the master bedroom (with a gorgeous park view!). Location is near Bixby park, has a view of the ocean, and comes with parking! Unfortunately no dogs are allowed. The apartment is furnished (minus your bedroom), but I'm open to changing up the common spaces to make sure it meets both of our needs!

I'm a yo designer that primarily works from home. I love to cook, walk on the boardwalk in the evenings, and I like to keep a tidy space! I'm looking for someone preferably also female who is quiet and respectful who also prefers to keep things relatively tidy.
