Hi! I am having to move out due to a family emergency across the county. However I have recently renewed the lease since I do enjoy living here. I’m looking for someone to transfer the rental agreement too. The base rent is $ and utilities every month is very cheap as well. You could also add on perks such as covered parking, a garage, a storage unit and more.

The property is a bath apartment rented by room. So you will have 2 already assigned roommates and your own bedroom & full-bathroom (Bedroom A). The unit comes with all appliances (washer/dryer, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven etc.)

The unit is ALL GIRLS however the apartment complex is blended. The apartment complex includes a very good sized gym, business/study center, a resort style pool and jacuzzi, a basketball court, a volleyball pit, and comes fully furnished. The community is also pet friendly and does not have any breed or size restrictions. The community does come with free high-speed internet as well.

Never feel worried because this is a gated community with a security company that makes rounds every hour with a hotline in-case of any type of event. The community also hosts events every Thursday with food along with occasion pop up events (pool parties, picnics, plant pot decorating etc.).
