Hi, I’m Josh , professional working in London. I’m the Outreach and Welfare Manager at British Youth Music Theatre (part-time, Tues–Thurs) and I freelance in music, teaching and singing on Mondays and weekends when gigs come in.

I’m looking for a clean, furnished room to rent, ideally from late May or early June.

About me:
• Employed part-time + active freelancer (arts/education sector)
• Reliable, tidy, rent always paid on time
• Non-smoker, no pets, no wild parties
• Respectful of others’ space and value a calm, friendly home
• Originally from Manchester friendly, grounded, and dry sense of humour included free of charge

Looking for:
• Zones (North, East, or South London preferred, but open)
• Budget £pcm (bills included ideal)
• Furnished room, clean and well-kept
• Professional or mature student housemates preferred

I’m out quite a lot between work and gigs, but when home I like to relax, keep things clean, and be considerate. Happy to have a chat over dinner or leave you be, depending on the house vibe not clingy, not antisocial.

This next phase of my career is about building community, music, and positive change, so I’m looking for a home where people live with respect, good energy, and a sense of pride in their space.
