The room is in Chicago- Wicker/Humboldt Park Area. The apartment is three bedroom and two bath, with new tenant receiving their own bathroom (the one without a shower curtain). The monthly rent is $ and the room is available on June 1. Utilities vary but wifi and water are included in rent. We would prefer someone okay with smoking weed indoors (no cigs) but can be flexible. There's no security deposit, just a move in fee. No pets, I am allergic. The room pictured is mine but all the rooms are almost exactly the same in layout and size- all have the large closets. I live with a close friend so if you're looking to make new friends we would love that. We're big on workout classes - soul cycle and CorePower at the moment, happy hours, going to the lake, and an occasional night out. I also love reading, baking, and all the pop girlies.
