Spacious -bathroom apartment with a private rooftop accessible only to us! You’ll have your own private bedroom and private bathroom. The room is large, bright, and perfect for someone who wants their own space while still enjoying a beautiful shared home.

About Me:
I’m a young professional who works from home and lives a quiet, clean lifestyle. I have a sweet, friendly dog who loves people, so being dog-friendly is a must! Pets are allowed in the building.

Lease Details:
• You would be taking over the remainder of my current roommate’s lease (application and background check through management required).
• Utilities are separate and split between us.
• Move-in date is on or before June 1st.
