Located 2 miles from the beach (Sullivans Island); 2 minutes to the Mark Clark Expressway; minutes to downtown Charleston. Walking distance to Starbucks, The Red Drum restaurant, and Golds Gym. Shared space includes a living room, dining room, and kitchen. Patio in the private backyard. There is a separate entry into each room from the side of the house. Rooms are unfurnished but a bed frame and mattress are available, if needed. Rooms are connected to the central system but a mini-split system is in each room so you can heat/cool the room to your liking.
