The Apartment:
* 4th floor walk-up
* Laundromat right around the corner
* Near the Q and 6 trains (super convenient!)
* Clean, cozy, and respectful shared space * no living room. Current Roommates:

* When I'm home I like to relax in my room and I'm always cooking as well (I cook a lot).
* The other roommate, is super chill and quiet.

We’re looking for someone who is:
* Female ONLY, in your s
as well
* Quiet, respectful, clean and responsible
* No pets and non-smoker
* Keeps common areas clean and clutter-free (no stuff in the hallway or common areas)
* Ok with split cleaning duties evenly as well as paper goods and cleaning supplies.
* Not a party person, doesn't bring party home
* Just generally considerate, independent, and easygoing
