Rent: $/month (utilities included: water, electricity, gas, internet)

Private bedroom with separate bathroom across the hall

AC and heating control inside the room (independent thermostat)

Room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs

Washer and dryer on (free to use)

Lots of street parking + driveway parking first-come, first-serve

Large front yard and backyard great for relaxing outdoors

Full access to common areas: kitchen, living room, laundry, yard

Household vibe:

Everyone is chill, friendly, and respectful

Tenants mostly keep to themselves very low drama

I respect everyone's privacy and don't get involved in tenant issues

Occasional guests are fine, but no live-in partners, please

Single occupancy only

No pets (one of the tenants is allergic)

Available Move-In Date: Now
Security Deposit: 1 month's rent ($)
Background and ID check required before move-in
