Malaga Area Rental Fall

Hi, solo female from US looking for a one-month rental near Malaga Centro or east of the city but with easy access to public transit. Must be at least one bedroom and prefer something with outdoor space (patio/deck). Must have good wifi and Smart TV. Washing machine is a plus. Max budget is $. I travel extensively from October-April, spending a month or two in Europe and months in Mexico. Retired social worker, I now nanny in a resort area in Massachusetts from April-October. Would consider pet-sitting in exchange for rent.
