Room available in a beautiful West End apartment, with easy access to the Old Port, restaurants, and everything the area has to offer!

The apartment features a dishwasher and laundry in the building.

All utilities are included except electricity and WiFi.

The available room is $/month.
Total rent for the apartment is $/month — rent is split by room unit, with shared use of the common spaces. Deposit is $ first and last month rent.

About us:
We’re a couple (m) — both working professionals.

I work from home in tech, and my partner works in corporate events.

During the summer, we’re usually out and about: traveling, hiking, kayaking, or just enjoying being outside.

We also have two very well-behaved cats (mostly leash trained!).

Obviously, we’re LGBTQ+ friendly, and we ask that you are as well.

We’re pretty laid-back and social, though that’s not a requirement — mostly just looking for someone who is common-sense, responsible, and respectful.

We’ll be conducting interviews and tours over the next few weeks - we’re more focused on finding the right fit rather than rushing to fill the room.
