Female Roommate Needed B

Hi everyone! I am looking for a female roommate that is interested in joining a new lease for another year come end of June (June th). It will be for the second bedroom to a bath apartment in Wilmington, MA that is $ rent + ~$ in utilities. The apartment is fully furnished; however, you will need to furnish your own bedroom/bathroom as well as some kitchen accessories if you want separate items. The apartment has a gym, a balcony/patio, central AC/Heat, free parking on premises, and In-Unit Laundry. The apartment is also right next to the commuter rail if you need to get into downtown Boston via North Station and next to I- min drive to downtown Boston).
Overall, I’m looking for someone who is clean, communicates, respectful, goes with the flow, and ultimately splits the rent/utilities.
A little bit about myself is that I moved up to Boston last May for a hybrid job in Software/Finance. I enjoy hiking, sports, concerts, traveling, and exploring Boston for some good food 🤗 Please reach out if you are interested and we can coordinate from there!
