Looking for a Fall-Term Sublet!

Hey, I'm a -year-old master's student in Management from Vienna, Austria. I'll an exchange student at Queen’s University this fall and I'm looking for a sublet in Kingston from mid-August until early December (ideally, but August to September would also work!).



I'm looking for a clean, calm place to live - preferably in a female-only house. I’m active, love sports, and enjoy going out every now and then.



My max. budget is around $, all in if possible.
