Looking for help sharing a sq ft townhouse on the north side of Spring Hill. minutes from Columbia or Franklin, minutes from Nashville. Each of the two bedrooms have their own private bathroom and closet. The open floorplan downstairs – including a guest half-bath – will be shared. There is designated parking for tenants and accesible guest parking. The house is located close to Aldi and Publix and to the best Chinese restaurant in the entire county. I will put my money where my mouth is and stand a takeout dinner from there as a move-in bonus. No pets will be allowed.
