Hi! I’m renting out a room in my two-bedroom apartment located in the heart of LA. The available room has a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. The building features a rooftop gym and pool.When you walk in, there's a spacious living room with large windows. The two bedrooms do not share a wall and are completely separated for maximum privacy.I'm a hairdresser based in NYC and a realtor in LA. I travel to the East Coast every two months for about days, so you'll often have the apartment to yourself.
