Looking for Room mate

Hi! I (M) currently live in a 2 BR in East Village and am either looking for someone to take over his room or would like to search for a 2 BR together with a roommate if that would be a better move. The current rate for the (this may increase based on the renewal rate). Living room is large with lots of natural light in the second bedroom. W/D (stacked) and diswasher in unit. I currently work in finance and am usually tied up on the weekdays. However, I like to go out on weekends and host some friends over on Friday or Saturday nights. I definitely need time to recharge socially or just get busy in general, so sometimes keep to myself. Huge football/sports fan in general and always down to try new resteraunts / go on day trips to explore outside of the city. Also like to keep active and try different workout classes / go running. Have no pets.
