I’m looking for a roommate or roomates if you’re okay with sharing a room, preferably a girl, but anyone is welcome!!!

Rent is $ and will be split accordingly
$ pet fee and $ additional pet rent

$ application fee plus a deposit which i believe your portion would be half of rent

Background checked and everything will be the same as applying to any other apartment and lease will be until the end of January


Pool and gym are included along with a ton of other great amenities

Its located at the hickory at Indian lake hendersonville and the room will have a balcony with a view of the pool

Unfortunately it will not be furnished, having to start fresh besides basic cooking equipment.
