I am the only other tenant (late s) work full-time, sometimes remotely, but am respectful and lead a quiet life. I have one medium sized senior dog who stays in my space and outside when at work, he is the only permitted pet on the property. I am clean, quiet, and respectful of others and appreciate the same.

Located in the historic Bonnyville neighborhood just north of the Old North End in downtown Colorado Springs, this single level shared home is walking distance / a couple of short blocks from local shopping, a picturesque community park with clear views of Pikes Peak and tennis courts, a grocery store, salon, boutique, gas station, tiny house coffee shop, nearby restaurants and bars/breweries, a fitness center, yoga studio, postal office, UPS, ATM, local credit union, ice cream shop, hardware store with gift shop, liquor store, and more!

The master bedroom (largest of the two bedroom house) would be yours along with the full bathroom (recently remodeled) with a deep soak tub. The house has all heated flooring, in unit washer and dryer, fully furnished, and I am the only other tenant along with my senior dog.
