Roomate needed

Hello everyone! I have a room available in a .5 bathroom apartment miles from campus and 1 mile from Main Street. Monthly rent is $ including utilities. There’s also a security deposit of $ total that would be $ for the apartment. The place is furnished except for the available room. The complex does come with a parking spot and plenty of additional on street parking. There’s also on- coin operated laundry! The lease would start May and end at the end of fall semester. You could also move in at the start of the school year if it would work better! Unfortunately the lease doesn’t allow any pets unless they are ESA. In the apartment currently there is a lovely little kitty named Oliver. I’m currently in Microbiology and enjoy hiking and reading! I’d prefer female roommates as well!
