Room for rent with two females

Hey there! Me and my current roomate are looking to find a new Roomate since our other one is unfortunately going to be moving in with her boyfriend :(

We are two females ( year olds) so looking for a female Roomate. We became great friends with our current Roomate and are sad to see her go, so we’re hoping it can be the same case again!
We both work during the day/night (serving industry)
Enjoy going out and having some fun or staying in and chilling.
🍃Friendly but not in the house!
🐶We do both have a dog, they are both very friendly but we’d prefer no more dogs please!
🏡The room is located at the front of the house, you’d have your own bathroom as well as the other spare room is yours (we do rent both rooms because they are a little smaller so the entire front of the house is essentially yours). See pics below!
💰We are asking $ a month for the room (you technically get two rooms and your own bathroom). Rent and utilities included, washer and dryer in house as well. Move in availability would be June 1st
