sublease for room this summer

Description

This is student housing, but you don't have to be a student at all! Four bedroom apartment, fully furnished, all female (looking for a non cis-male). In building: free laundry, free gym, and a little market that is open hours. The rent would be $ with an electric bill that averages around $ or less monthly. All utilities are paid for by Stateside except for electric. The apartment age range is (they are ). I would just need the lease takeover from mid June to August . Please no furry pets because two of the girls are allergic, but reptiles, fish, etc. are welcome! (additional fees unless waived as an ESA)
