Description

This is a 3 room apartment in the Lower East Side. I rent out all the rooms and stay in the living room. I am an IT professional who likes to run and exercises in my free time. One roommate is a musician and the other roommate is a social worker. We also have two cats.

The apartment has bathrooms. The kitchen is fully furnished with cooking tools and utensils (make sure clean up after yourself).

This single large room comes with:

a full sized bed
- pillows, bed sheets, mattress cover
an air conditioner
desk
chairs
wooden dresser
large closet

Rent is $ per month with a $ deposit. The monthly rent covers utilities, household supplies and fast wifi.

We are looking for someone quiet and clean with minimal baggage. You cannot bring in large furniture. The room is for a single inhabitant only (no couples) looking for a month lease with the possibility to extend. Cat-friendly people is a must!

Within the apartment, absolutely:

No smoking
No illegal drugs
No parties
No pets

There are several bus lines and subways (B, D, J, M, Z, F) trains within walking distance. There are also Citibike Stations by the building and around the area.

The Financial District, Tribeca, Soho, Chinatown, and Union Square is less than minutes away. The East Village is a minute walk away. Lots of restaurants, bars, markets, and parks nearby as well.
