I’m subletting my bedroom with a private bathroom in a York University quad apartment(Phase 2). You’ll be sharing only the kitchen and living room with one other flatmate. The living room features a -inch TV, and there’s a -inch TV in your private bedroom for your own use.
• Rent: $/month(Original rent is $ so you will have $ off)
• Lease Term: June 1st – August th
• Special Offer: If you take up the lease quickly, I’ll only charge $ for August
• Move-In: Early move-in can be arranged – just contact me.

This is a great setup if you want your own bathroom and entertainment space while still having a full shared kitchen and lounge.
