Basement in shared townhouse

Description

Basement with own private bathroom with shower and bedroom. Share kitchen and main level, maid service comes once a month. There is a separate private entrance if you prefer to use it, or you can use the front door. Last four pics are of the shared space in the house.
Rent is paid on the utilities and $ for the maid service. Security deposit is one month's rent. Laundry room is in your space, so please be okay with us coming down once a week or so to use the washer and dryer. We will always ask/ knock to see if it's ok for use to come in to use the washer and dryer.
About us: We are a friendly, artsy couple in our s with two teens. Clearly, most of us in the house like to play board games! Ideally, we'd like to find a friendly young professional who also likes to play board games. Because we have older kids, we may run a background check. DM US IF YOU'RE INTERESTED!
