Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to move into a cute and cozy bath apartment in North Park, just one street over from University Ave. It’s a great area—super walkable and close to Vons, Target, restaurants, shops, and everything fun in the neighborhood.

About the apartment:
• Master bedroom with private bathroom
• Washer & dryer in-unit
• AC + heating
• Dedicated parking spot included, with access to a garage for extra storage
• Rent is $/month
• Water & trash included
• Renter’s insurance is about $/month
• WiFi is $/month
• Gas & electric are shared and usually low (around $/month)

Timing:
Move-in is flexible—anytime in May works! The lease is up in October, and I’m definitely open to renewing if it’s a good fit.

About me:
I’m and a special education teacher. I live here with my dog Addie, a sweet and very well-trained Belgian Malinois. I like to sew, craft, and hang out at home when I’m not out walking Addie. The space is comfortable, calm, and homey.

I’m looking for a kind and clean roommate, and I have no preference on gender—just someone easy to live with who’s respectful and okay with dogs.
