Escondido house roommate needed

Hi guys! my roommate is moving out this year in July and i’m looking for a roommate to take their place. the picture with the bed and stuff is my roommates i think the room is ft if i had to guess. About me, i have a cat that’s a little older and keeps to herself, M and go to school at palomar college majoring in EMS trying to become a paramedic. i’m a pretty clean person, friendly, and work full time. the place does have fiber internet GB down. the lease does last a full year so ideally i’m looking for someone who will be here a while. i’m ok with cats and dogs but the place doesn’t have a outdoor area so it might be harder to have a dog. the overall cost for the place is but with electric and wifi it comes out to ~. deposit is one months rent. parking spot included. house is super close to everything. there’s bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. $ a month if there’s 2 of us. if we find a 3rd roommate it would be like $ split between all of us :)
