Room in Park Circle

Hi I’m Hunter! I’m looking for other young professionals who want to enjoy Charleston starting in July. I am the owner and other tenant.

Located miles south of Park Circle, minutes to downtown, from base, to the beach, and to the Tanger outlets. The house is bath. You will have an unfurnished bedroom and unattached bathroom (shared with guests). I will be in the master, with the other bedroom reserved for visitors/office space. You will also have your own parking space. If you’re looking for a quiet place to live but with quick access to everything Charleston offers, this is a great option! Only caution is there is limited storage so if you have a ton of furniture this might not be a great option. No smoking, no pets.
