This unit is a bedroom-sized room with a kitchenette and bathroom. It’s ideal for someone who wants to have their own space it’s the perfect size for one person. The space includes a washer/dryer combo, sm refrigerator and separate sm freezer. Sink w/ garbage disposal, and microwave. Will need hot plate or air fryer-Must be gay and dog friendly. I have two small dogs that go in the backyard where the entrance to the studio is located and they will greet you at times. $ deposit and background check required.
