Private room located at the back of the house with access to a shared, luxurious bathroom. You’ll also have full use of the kitchen, laundry facilities, and pool.

We ask that only those who value cleanliness apply. The home is located in a prime spot—right in the heart of St. Petersburg—just minutes to downtown and minutes to the beach.

This is a month-to-month rental. First and last month’s rent required.
All-male household. Two friendly Westies live here—so dog lovers only, please!
