📦 You’ll have your own designated bathroom space and kitchen storage (fridge + pantry) so everything stays organized and respectful. Assigned laundry days, keeping everything respectful.

during summer time, i will be painting the interior of the home. Landscaping Service and times a month maid deep cleaning service. Feel free to reach out with questions or to schedule a visit.

I live here with my sweet Rottweiler, Kaleesi 🐶 — she’s Medium to large but super friendly, loves attention, and is part of the family. Every other week, my 7-year-old son (who’s on the autism spectrum) is with me. He has his own room/play space, therapy session in our home and is full of energy — sometimes he can be a little loud when he’s stimming, but it’s just part of who he is, and I make sure he has structure and routine while he’s here.

This is a family-centered, calm household, so I’m looking for clean, stable roommates who are respectful of shared spaces and good energy.
